A Message from Kerrie

Since reaching my Inner Peace I have had so many thoughts about the other people that would benefit from this. I also noticed that most of the people working towards or that have achieved Inner Peace are women. As to my knowledge today Donald is the only man I know to have reached Inner Peace through this method (which is a method he himself developed )

I feel most men find it harder than a woman to talk about and show how they are feeling. I sense very strongly that women have come along way with equal rights etc which is wonderful, but I feel men are still considered the tough ones the ones that shouldn’t cry the ones that are never to be scared.

Think about it how many times have you ever heard someone say to a little girl “come on girls don’t cry, be tough like woman” I bet never, But how many times do we hear, “Come on boys don’t cry don’t be a sook or a whuss don’t be such a girl.” Sadly too many times. I truly believe men even today are taught from very young they have to brave and deal with everything that comes, without showing emotion where possible.

I feel also when a couple break up that have kids most times the children go with mum and a lot of times mum and the kids stay in the family home but even if they don’t they are together. Where as the man then finds himself totally alone, with kids on every other weekend etc. I am not saying this is wrong or right that is not my place and each case is different, what I am saying is that man that is now feeling very alone has to now act brave be tough, and that normally then comes out in anger .

I feel and I am not saying I am correct but I do strongly feel that the suicide rate in men and teenage boys is much higher than that of woman WHY????? (if anyone can fill me in on statistics I would be grateful) I believe it is because they cannot show, and deal with their feelings as a woman can, not because they are unable but because they have never been shown that it is aloud and that it is part of being human. So it is all locked away until no more can fit and there seems no way out. I want to help not just women reach Inner Peace but men too. I feel for what reasons I am unsure but that I understand a little of how they have been programmed to live by keeping emotions locked away.

Be well,

love Kerrie
