How to see an Aura

I get a lot of requests from people who wish to see aura's but dont know how to go about it.

The method is fairly simple and only takes a few minutes to master.

The best conditions for someone starting out is subdued lighting… not dark and not out in the sunshine. I would suggest a room that has a blank light coloured wall you can get at least 5 to 6 feet away from. Put the subject you wish to look at against the wall, standing if possible as this gives you more area to look at than if they are seated. Position yourself somewhere between 5 and 10 feet away from this person. Try to have no light source that is in your direct vision while you are looking at your subject. If you have no subject, try looking at yourself in the mirror.

To see an aura you need to not look at it. Its simpler than it sounds. There are two methods of doing this. Firstly go into daydream mode. Just stare into space with your vision not focussed on anything at all but with your subject directly in front of where you are staring into space. The second method is to focus your vision at a point three to four feet past your subject so they go just slightly out of focus.

In the beginning you will see a ghosting image around them. An absence of colour similar to a bad television reception. Try not to look directly at it, because as soon as you do it will dissapear. Keep practising and usually within a few minutes you will start to see colours. You will be able to identify the names of the colours, but they will be shades you have never seen before.

It is normal in the beginning to get tired or sore eyes when you start looking at aura's. For this reason I suggest you limit your sessions until your eyes get used to the new way of looking at things. If you have problems seeing it the first time, try adjusting the light up and down every few minutes, go from bright to nearly dark, that normally overcomes initial problems.

If you still have difficulties seeing them, drop me an email and tell me what you are doing and what is or isnt happening.
